WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 2012

Sorry I've been away for quite a few months but wanted to get back and get another Weight Loss Challenge going. I've had 4 surgeries last year so I need you as much as you need me. We'll weight in on Fridays and track our weight so we can get the New Year off to more losing and less gaining.
The last surgery for me was on 12-30 to have a Spinal Fusion done. My back feels so much better but I've been sleeping and doing nothing because of the pain I've had for months now. No excuses but I've gained weight. I still do NOT eat sugar but I guess my downfall would have to be Baked Lays and Pretzels adding so many carbs with no exercise to balance it out. I had a 6 month visit today with my PCP and I weighed 196.4lbs which is awful considering that I was down to 172 just last year. So it's time to kick myself in the butt and motivate myself as well as others who have been wanting me to start another challenge.
The rules are No rules other then everyone is on their honor. We weight on Fridays and if you wish to share your weight that's fine with me. I plan to because it keeps me honest when I do. I also plan to start using my fitbit again to track my daily steps and start walking more. I know my recovery is a slow process and I'm still doing PT but I plan to get myself moving more and more.
